This website is operated by Global Arts Education Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11115589). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

The site is provided for general information about Global Arts Education and to exhibit the work of Global Arts Challenge award winners. You may view the site and share links to it, but you must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual property

The student artworks, images and statements in the Winners’ Exhibition remain the property of the students who made them and are shown with their permission. Other content on the site, including text, design and logos, belongs to Global Arts Education Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish any content from the site, beyond what your browser does to display it or what the law allows, without written permission from us or, for student work, from the student concerned.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the site accurate, but its content is provided for general information only and without any warranty. Global Arts Education no longer actively offers services, and nothing on the site is an offer to provide them.

Links to other sites

Where the site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
